Altum Management's director, Eric Geimer has 18 years experience in Property Management. Prior joining ALTUM Management in 2006, Eric worked for 5 years as Property Manager for DTZ and for 2 years at BNP Paribas Real Estate (formerly ATISREAL). He also heads ALTUM's Luxembourg, Frankfurt and Geneva offices. Eric obtained a degree in Building Engineering at Arlon Industrial School (ISIA) in Belgium.

Michael has 10 years experience in real estate investment across Europe throughout all property types and risk profiles. Prior to joining ALTUM Management in 2018, Michael worked as Executive Director at Goldman Sachs, Vice President at Credit Suisse and Investment Manager at Deka Bank. Michael holds a Business Law degree from University of Mainz.

Ioannis has 12 years experience in the real estate and construction industries. Before joining ALTUM Management in 2015, he worked as Portfolio Manager at Archon (Goldman Sachs Group) in Germany, and in construction and development companies in the USA. Ioannis graduated with distinction from the Harvard University with a Master in Project Management and from New York University with a Master in Real Estate Finance

Luc joined ALTUM Management team in May 2013 as a Property Manager. He has 5 years of experience in Energy and Product Management in Luxembourg and Belgium. Luc graduated from Engineer School, he has deepened his knowledge in the field of the Asset and Property Management. He speaks fluent French and English and has a good knowledge of German

Christelle has 17 years experience in real estate. Christelle worked 2.5 years within Movilliat Constructions, a strong local Luxembourg developper, then she spent 7 years at DTZ. She finally joined Altum Management in 2006 as Property Management Accountant. Christelle is now responsible for the Property Management accounting in Luxembourg. She obtained a BA in Executive Assistant from Institut Supérieur des Aumôniers du Travail (ISAT) in Arlon, Belgium.

Paul has 4 years experience in real estate portfolio management. Prior to joining ALTUM Management, Paul worked as an Analyst at Bankhaus Metzler in Frankfurt and Seattle. Paul holds a degree in Business Administration from Frankfurt School of Finance and Management.
